“I am extremely happy with Marty and the crew at Primaris Custom Homes! I met them while working with an interior designer Kylee-Dean Designer. She recommended Primaris to me because of her experience with them regarding price and quality. I was looking for a contractor to install a backsplash in the kitchen, replace baseboards, float a wall for wallpaper, and convert the sliding glass door to a french door.

Primaris Custom Homes bid came in under Lowes and Floor Decor bids. Marty did a thorough job walk and listened to what I was wanting and addressed all my concerns regarding the project. Additionally, because of Marty’s experience, he was the only bidder that understood that portions of the stucco by the sliding door needed to be removed to facilitate weather stripping.

When construction began, Marty always called me the afternoon before and explained what he was going to do the next day and access that would be needed. He always showed up with his crew and introduced them. His crew treated my home very respectfully and always cleaned up after themselves, worked diligently to prevent any messes and worked very well alongside another contractor who I had out to paint. To my surprise, they didn’t come in a rush through the job and even coordinated changes through Kylee (the interior designer). They stayed and worked though some of the challenges my home had and did the job right. Fortunately, they have high standards of work because they re-did the stucco 3 times because it was not to Marty’s standard.

Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Primaris Custom Homes to anyone who is looking to remodel or improve your home. They are honest, attention to detail focused, and will ensure the job is done right.“

“There is not enough that I can say about Marty and his crew!

He is about his business and that is never a bad thing at all. We moved out the house Marty called his crew and had them to work. We had a few minor things repaired but a major bathroom remodel and the kitchen remake was done in no time at all.

This team was so efficient and cool to work with but then again I’m not the typical at home wife so I’m always told. They had a plan, for it done, and even helped me with the minor things that I needed done without a hitch.

If you need something done small project, big projects, they can get it all done. I was so pleased when we found him because other would not give us the time of day due to my neighborhood. I live in older Las Vegas were the neighbors know your name and watch out for everyone. He made me feel like I was paying him a million bucks and that was the best part of working with these guys they don’t care if the job is big or small you are THEIR customer and we got Good Mornings and how you are doing every day we check on the house and that is not common now a days sad to say.

Now that I’ve found a company I can count on I will be bugging them often to get me house the way I want it! I wish I had taken more pictures. Marty’s now officially the uncle that if something goes wrong I can call and he will come take care of it himself or send my cousins aka his team.

They are family now he has seen my house at it’s worse and turn it into my home!

“We decided to do a full home renovation to our Henderson home while living out of state. We have done little projects here and there while living in other homes but never something like this. Everyone I knew said to expect your budget to double as well as the timeline your contractor gives you.

I’m so happy to say that those people were wrong. I am so happy I came a long Primaris Custom Homes. Manager, Marty, from the very beginning was very straight forward and came through on every commitment he gave me from beginning to end. No cost or timeline changes at all. And the house looks amazing.

He took care of our home and updated me constantly with the progress of each step. I never expected someone to care so much about my home other than myself but Marty and his team are so passionate about the work they do that they caught things that I would have never thought about. From tile patterns to flooring design, plumbing, electrical.. you name it!

I am more than satisfied with the quality, cost and time of completion on this whole project. I really appreciate Marty’s honesty and have so much respect for the hard work he and his team do for all of their clients.

We ended this job feeling like we gained a friend and a beautiful home (my daughter calls him Uncle Marty now).

“Marty recommended an electrical company that did a good job. However it had a bump along the road- did not finished the job, did not show up in time to connect the jacuzzi and did not give an estimate time to come in. Other than that, the electrician did a fine -clean job. The problem was the owner; not the worker.

Marty came over to finished the job. He took the responsibility and assured me to call him if there would by any problem in our jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this company; they are dependable and integrity, which is hard to find nowadays. If you look for electrical work, request that Dave’s electrical will not be the one to be recommended; Primaries have others to send to your home. You won’t want to be yelled and hanged up by Dave’s electrical after you gave them 97% of the payment. It’s not worth it to deal with people who has no integrity. But Marty in Primaries is a gem. I have them 4 Star because of the bump along the project – it’s not their fault- they were hands in- on top of everything- replied in minutes once you message them. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Marty.

“My wife and I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Primaris Custom Homes and particularly, Marty. From start to end Marty navigated us through the rehab of our rental property. Not only did he perform excellent work himself, but he managed the various subcontractors for bathrooms and windows that we had lined up ourselves prior to signing on with Primaris. Keeping things moving at all times, meeting all possible schedules, and keeping us in budget added to our peace of mind as owners living in another state from the property. Primaris and its subcontractors took great pride in their work, never cutting any corners and making sure everything came together amazingly. We have recommended Marty and his people to our friends and would not hesitate to work with him on all our future projects (just wish we could transplant him to California or South Dakota now!).”
